Lots of us have felt that the firehouse rehab was key to kick starting the development.There is to be a tavern coming soon, just south of floridathere is hope that the proposed porject at north cap and florida (NW corner) will happen.a bunch of buildings just north of new york are being built out.lots of good stuff in the works for the area.someday the old sand filtration site will be developed....
